Policy on Returns and Exchanges

At tpc-llp Shop, we work hard to make sure our clients never have to worry about a thing. We've worked hard to create a customer-friendly policy that makes returning an item simple in case you change your mind.

Cancellations and changes to orders

Within 12 hours of making your purchase, please contact our support staff at if you need to cancel or make changes to your order. Before we begin processing your purchase, we are happy to make any necessary adjustments, such as a different size or product variation.

Return period of 30 days

You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to submit a return request. Your item must be in its original condition (never used or displayed), with tags and packing. You must also provide a receipt as evidence of the purchase.

Resuming Activity

Send an email to to get the return process started. Returns will not be accepted without prior consent or notice. Your payment method for the initial purchase will be credited after the refund has been processed and accepted.

Responsibility and expense of shipping

If you need to send anything back, keep in mind that you'll have to pay for postage both ways. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if you get one. Product exchange shipping timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary by region. We cannot guarantee delivery of your returned item without the use of a trackable shipping provider, so please consider this when planning your return.

Taking Care of the Problems and Damages

Please make sure everything is in working condition when your shipment arrives, and let us know right away if anything is missing, broken, or inaccurate. Doing so will allow us to quickly evaluate the situation and take corrective action.

Cases of order loss or theft

Orders that have been verified as delivered by the courier but are later reported as missing or stolen are not the responsibility of tpc-llp Shop. Therefore, we cannot provide any kind of compensation or replacement in such instances.

Returns and exchanges

Simply return the item you want to exchange for and then make a new order for the replacement product after we have accepted your return. After receiving and examining the returned item(s), we will let you know whether you are entitled to a refund. Once your bank or credit card company has processed the refund, please give yourself some time for it to reach your account.
